Returns and exchanges
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange. All hangtags must remain attached. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange.
Exchanged and returned items must be returned within 30 days of the order ship date. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment minus shipping charge. You are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, customs clearance and charges.
Importance notice: for your benefits, exchanges and returns are recommended to ship via US Air Mail for US customers. Global Priority Mail and couriers such as UPS, Fedex charge high customs clearance fees. You are responsible for any customs clearance fees associated with return/exchange packages.
