Free shipping We offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more. Packages are shipped by Canada Post regular air parcel service that takes from 5 -10 days for US destinations and 1-3 days for Canadian destinations . Free shipping is only applicable to North American customers and subject to change without notice.
Standard shipping
A flat rate of $7.99 will be applied to purchases of less than $100 to orders shipped to US and Canadian destinations.
We ship worldwide. For destinations outside of US and Canada, shipping charge is $15.99 USD for purchase of less than $100. $9.99 USD for purchase of $100 or more.
Shipping charge will be applied automatically upon checking out. Orders which are placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday as Postal Offices are closed on weekends.
Returns and exchanges We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange. All hangtags must remain attached. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange.
Exchanged and returned items must be returned within 30 days of the order ship date. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment minus shipping charge. You are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, customs clearance and charges.
Importance notice: for your benefits, exchanges and returns are recommended to ship via US Air Mail for US customers. Global Priority Mail and couriers such as UPS, Fedex charge high customs clearance fees. You are responsible for any customs clearance fees associated with return/exchange packages. Sevenseas Apparel reserves the right to charge back for customs clearance fees.
