Prenatal Yoga Center
The Prenatal Yoga Center is the first yoga center in New York City to focus on moms and moms-to-be. Over the past 5 years, over 3000 women have come through our door to take classes and workshops. Based on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, we offer Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mommy and Me, Infant Massage, Baby Sign Language and Music for Babies . We also offer Moms-to-Be and New Moms Support Groups as well as a variety of events and workshops including Childbirth Education, Infant CPR and Safety, Partner Yoga & Massage, Caring for Newborn and Breastfeeding.
We also have a robust online community with Video, a Blog, a Nanny Exchange, NYC Resources, Ask the Experts, a Marketplace and a Library

FAMILY CLASSES
PRENATAL Safe and supportive environment in which yoga postures are modified for the changing needs of the expectant mother. Focus is on developing strength, flexibility, proper breathing and an inner peace as preparation for birth and motherhood.
POSTNATAL Babies Welcome This Yoga Works (1&2) class provides a safe, nurturing environment for moms to regain strength, stretch, breathe, and to deepen the bond with their child. Ages 2 mos. to 2 years. Dads welcome, too!
MOMMY & ME/ PEEWEE PILATES This class provides a safe, nurturing environment for mothers to regain strength, stretch, breathe, and enjoy some bonding time with their child. Ages 2mos. to 2 years welcome. (Ages 5 weeks to crawlers.)
YOGA FOR KIDS Yoga is a fun, safe way for children to explore their changing bodies and learn to calm their restless minds. Through the process of yoga, children increase flexibility, strength, stamina, and concentration in a non-competitive environment. In Musical Yoga, a blend of song, movement, kids yoga poses and yoga philosophy are taught through the joy of music and yoga.
